The brand of ak starfish shirts run small, so most customers choose one size larger than they might typically purchase. A women's size 4 or 6 will need a medium in both the short and long-sleeve shirts. A women's size 6 or 8 will need a large, and a women's size 10 or 12 will require an extra-large.

The torsos are nice and long, and the long-sleeves are nice and long. This allows most customers to dry their starfish shirts; however, if you love the fit when you receive your shirt, you may want to machine wash and hang your shirts to dry.

Like all 100% quality cotton garments, you can expect the shirt to shrink an inch or so in the sleeve length and torso length if you choose to dry it in a hot dryer. I have happy customers who hang their shirts and I have happy customers who dry their shirts. One of the comments I love to hear the most is how well the shirts wash, and how the colors stay true.
