We are entering our Twenty Third Year of business as a Local Alaskan Clothing Company. We have recently moved to our very own beautiful building in Anchorage, and we are excited to expand our team! We are hiring!! We cannot wait to meet you and welcome you into our AK Starfish Co. family. AK Starfish Co. and Mermaid Co. Boutique have three shops in Alaska…and we would love to invite you to be part of our sales and/or management teams!!! Our Starting hourly rate of pay ranges between $20.00 an hour and $28.00 an hour depending on work experience and responsibilities. Raises and bonuses are earned through growth and work performance for both Year Round Staff members and members of our Summer Team.

We have three AK Starfish Co. and Mermaid Co. Boutique shops in Homer that are open May 9th through September 21st and one in the Seward Boat Harbor that is open May 1st 2025 through September 21st 2025.
Our Flagship shop in Anchorage is open Seven Days a Week year round 8am to 8pm. The pay rate at AK Starfish Co. and Mermaid Co. Boutique starts between $20.00 an hour and $25.00 an hour based on job title and experience. Dedicated staff members earn up to $28.00 an hour based on dedication, job performance, and contribution to our mutually stated goals.
